Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois is a devoted skier and loves hitting the slopes in between shifts in the kitchen at L’Apogée Courchevel. This season, he invites guests to join him for an exclusive experience of skiing, dining and sipping.
The Michelin starred chef will accompany interested guests on a morning of Alpine skiing, cross-country or ski touring, followed by a pre-prepared picnic lunch enjoyed together on the piste. Back at the hotel by 3pm, everyone can warm up and reconvene at 5pm for a glass of champagne. Chef Jean-Luc will demonstrate how to make the signature dish at the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, Koori, and answer questions about his two passions: skiing and cooking.
