Mykonos: Mykonian Cheese Making
Kopanisti cheese, a locally produced cheese in Mykonos, is known for its smooth texture and tangy flavor. Dive into the traditional process of making this cheese when you choose this tour, starting with a drive to the cheese producing unit. Follow every step that goes into making this delicious staple, and learn more about the varieties that are made there as well.
Souda Bay, Crete: Olive Oil, The Elixir Of The Mediterranean Diet
Learn all the steps of olive oil production from harvesting to bottling, and take a walk through the olive trees that produce the famous Koroneiki variety. There are three different types of extra virgin olive oils along with different quality categories, and you will learn what makes each type special. Then continue your tour with a meal prepared by Chef Smaragdi, featuring traditional Cretan recipes based on extra virgin olive oil. .

The Silver Moon was built in response to the great feedback the Silver Muse received, which established a new era of luxury for Silversea.
